Our goal in these four sessions is to become familiar with how stress affects you as an individual and how your unique internal responses to stressful situations affect your relationships and your parenting. Through a series of evaluations and tools, it is hoped you will be able to devise a "stress plan" that can help eliminate or give personal control over the stressors that are barriers to your sense of well-being and successful parenting.
