This two-part workshop will explore the influences that contribute to the personality of children. We will discuss the benefits of raising children to self-regulate and increasing self-awareness. Illustrations that will help to increase your child’s confidence and resources will be shared to guide in a positive direction. We will explore the sense of self, self-confidence, and self-concept. Examples that will help build up these skills which include some games and coaching on how practicing conflict resolution will help increasing the self-awareness of children.
